A no-code marketing site rebuilt as a React front-end for Project Exodus. Live since May 2026.

Project Exodus moved its public website off a no-code Webflow build in early 2026. I was part of the team that rebuilt it in a Next.js monorepo. 12 weeks from setup to launch on 6 May. I came to this from design and video, leaning on people who knew what they were doing. What I could add was the design judgement: whether a button felt right, whether a layout still held at varying widths. The marketing pages were designed in Webflow before I rebuilt them in code, so this was front-end engineering against a visual reference.

The public site

The finder functionality was originally built by a colleague. I did a UX/UI pass over it.

I built the resources page. Of everything I touched that year, it's the one that felt most like a milestone.

Primitives live in a shared library from which the whole monorepo pulls, so a button behaves the same here as it does inside the internal apps.

I made the shared component library, and built the resources page along with its related-resource logic. I then did UX/UI passes on all other pages, ensuring they held from desktop down to phone. The group finder and the inline checkout were UX passes over other people's builds. I did the UI work on the internal apps, and handled the day-to-day GitHub workflow. I was a core contributor on a small team, not the sole builder.
